House Rules: Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.Cancellation Policy: The following cancellation policy will be applicable as per our Company regulations:
1. If the guest wishes to cancel before 30 days of the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
2. For any cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
3. Refunds are applicable only in cases where 100% payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.

Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.Chewing Tobacco: Strictly Prohibited with no exceptions.Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property. Please make alternative arrangements for your furry friends.Maximum Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand.Damage & Breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.Cleanliness: Please maintain the cleanliness of the villa during your stay. Use designated trash bins for disposing of garbage and avoid littering the property.Safety & Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended. ELIVAAS will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.Amenities & Facilities: Use the provided amenities and facilities responsibly, and follow any posted guidelines.Compliance: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction and potential legal consequences.Upkeep: Daily cleaning of our property is compulsory.
