Bedrooms: The bedroom in the house is packed with luxuries. The bedroom unit is ensuite. It has a double bed, a programmable safe, a television, blackout curtains, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a refrigerator with a minibar. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet, and hairdryer. What make the bedroom unit perfect is the minimalist décor with the private terrace.

Outdoors: Lush greenery surrounds Attici Panoramici House where you will see many tall trees and a vast lawn. All around, there are agriculture fields, which allow views up to the coastline. There are many enjoyable common areas too like the large shared swimming pool and the poolside loungers that you will have to share with the community members. There are also several common dining and lounging spaces for the guests of this residential complex. They are located on the terrace or in a glass room, both offering wonderful views.

Location: The house is only 300 meters from the Spiaggia Marina Di Salve beach. It is a wonderfully soft, sandy beach with calm water. It is perfect for a family holiday. For food and drinks, you can go to Bar Vela Mayor and Ristorante Stella Del Mare. There is a small marina too at the farthest corner of the beach. See the old Torre Pali watch tower. According to legends, the mythological town Cassandra, named by Homer, was located here. There are several other beaches nearby, like Pescoluse, Le Maldive del Salento, Lido Marini. and Torre San Giovanni.
