Each bedroom features a king bed with premium mattresses, soft linen, and extra pillows, with one room offering a large sofa bed for an additional guest. Ground floor bedrooms provide easy access to common areas and the pool, while two first-floor bedrooms open to a sunny balcony overlooking the pool. Air-conditioned rooms with ceiling fans, wardrobes, comfortable seating, and large-screen televisions enhance the overall comfort. The high-ceiling construction and ample windows allow abundant natural light and fresh air. With three bathrooms equipped with washbasins, mirrors, and walk-in showers, two bathrooms serve the first-floor bedrooms, while the ground floor accommodates two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Outdoors: Situated within an 1100 square meter secure estate, Amber Villa ensures your privacy with a high surrounding wall. Upon entry, a private swimming pool welcomes you, featuring steps leading gently into the water and surrounded by loungers beneath shaded trees. An outdoor lounging area is also present on the deck. On the opposite side of the pool, a long balcony serves as a second outdoor lounging space, equipped with a sofa and coffee table. Catering to the needs of up to ten guests, this expansive property offers multiple outdoor areas, including a garden and a paved courtyard with an outdoor dining table.

Indoors: The villa’s interior space captivates with a vast ground-floor room housing the lounging and dining areas, kitchen, and two bedrooms.
