But you will still be close to all the major attractions. The beach is only a 5-minute drive away. The famous KU DE TA Beach Club of Bali is very close.

Bedrooms: Villa Alice Satu has two bedrooms, both with king beds, televisions, a sofa area, large wardrobes, and small work desks. The beds have high-quality mattresses and extra pillows for your sleeping comfort. They both have sliding glass doors that open to the lawn and swimming pool. Alice Dua also has two bedrooms with double beds. The features and décor are the same. There is just one difference. The sofa is replaced by armchairs in the second house, which makes Villa Dua appear larger.

The minimalist décor and whitewashed walls provide a soothing effect, which will help you relax. But what is likely to strike you the most are the ensuite bathrooms. The bathrooms are huge. They have his/her sinks with modern faucets, towels, toiletries, and bathtubs surrounded by greenery. There is a small ground beside the bathing area with many plants. The bathtubs are placed in an open area that receives direct sunlight.

Outdoors: Alice Estate is a 520 square meter property with a garden measuring 480 square meters. Both homes have their own gardens, so there is no scarcity of space. Immediately outside the bedrooms, you will find the greenery. It features a garden with many plants and a well-tended lawn.

A key highlight of the outdoor space is the two swimming pools, one with each villa. You will find many loungers in the garden. They can be moved easily, so you can arrange them, depending on whether you want the sun or shade. Both the rental homes also have poolside gazebos with cushions. You can relax under the shaded gazebo as well.

Indoors: Similarly, the estate has two separate living rooms, both open-concept in design and huge in size. The lounging areas have plush sofas that face televisions. Two sides of this space open to the lawn and garden, providing a nice transition between the interior and exterior of this luxury property. The two homes both have wooden dining tables, each sitting six guests. The dining tables are placed next to the garden.

You can cook yourself or order food from the outside. The kitchens have many modern appliances, tableware, and glassware. There is a bar and stools too where you can enjoy a drink if it is raining outside. Of course, you can always carry the drink outside as the garden is very close.

Staff Quarters: The estate is fully staffed for your convenience. The housekeeping team will keep everything clean and change the towels and linen. There is also a gardener, a pool maintenance person, and a security team. All the rooms are air-conditioned. There is good mobile connectivity and Internet coverage inside and outside. For a charge, you can ask for a range of services. Both ways airport transfer is included with your stay in this luxury property.

Location: Planning a family holiday in Bali? You cannot pick a better location. Alice Estate is tucked in a quiet street of Seminyak, which is one of the most popular areas with tourists. Eat Street is very close. If you want to eat and drink outside, you can go to Ultimo, La Lucciola, and Grocer & Grind. Of course, there is also the KU DE TA Beach Club. The closest beaches are Seminyak, Double Six, and Petitenget.
