Bedrooms: The luxurious Alarte Estate combines Villa Arte and Villa Alami, offering two charming villas side by side. In Villa Arte, the first bedroom is just steps from the pool, featuring a king-size bed, air conditioning, and a red-toned en-suite with an outdoor rain shower and double sinks. The second bedroom is located near the master suite and the pool, while the third overlooks a peaceful garden. Each bedroom includes a tropical open-air en-suite. A fourth bedroom, with two single beds, shares a bathroom, ideal for families. Villa Alami offers four spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, with two located poolside on the ground floor and two on the upper level, each with a private terrace and garden views. All rooms are elegantly designed for maximum comfort.

Outdoors: The luxurious Alarte Estate features two exquisite villas, with a standout attraction being its two swimming pools, each equipped with shallow areas for children and surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and shaded umbrellas. The pavilion opens directly to the pool and features a cozy built-in sofa with plush red cushions, a stylish teak dining table, and a comfortable TV lounge for relaxed evenings. Adjacent to Villa Arte, Villa Alami also get it’s own parking space. Villa Alami continues the theme of comfort and elegance with its bright, airy open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen, boasting state-of-the-art appliances. The dining area accommodates up to eight, making it ideal for intimate gatherings, while the cozy indoor living space includes a Smart TV and ample seating for entertainment. Staff Quarters: Alarte Estate is committed to delivering top-notch service with a dedicated team, including daily housekeeping to maintain the villa in pristine condition. For added peace of mind, the estate is equipped with outside CCTV security and a safety box.
