Estate 15 is a large and spacious stay for groups who want a peaceful spot to stay, with the option of fun things to do not too far away. The large gardens here welcome you to stroll around or enjoy a few outdoor games, while the little nooks around the house may encourage you to curl up with a book for a bit. Estate 15 is a great spot to take that long due trip with the extended family or a big bunch of your friends! Bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: This is a suite room in the adjoining unit. The room offers a TV, king-sized bed, electric kettle and an electric blanket. It has an attached bathroom equipped with a bathtub, geyser, towels and basic toiletries.
• Bedroom 2: This is a deluxe room in the adjoining unit. The room offers a TV, queen-sized bed, electric kettle and an electric blanket. It has an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels and basic toiletries.
• Bedroom 3: These are 2 interconnected bedrooms in the adjoining unit. One room has a king-sized bed and the other has 2 twin beds. Both rooms offer a TV, electric kettle and an electric blanket. It has 2 attached bathrooms equipped with a geyser, towels and basic toiletries.

Bathrooms:

Living Area:

• There is a common lobby in the adjoining unit of the premises. It is equipped with cosy seating arrangements for more than 10 people. The dining area is a part of the lobby room and can seat up to 6 people.

Dining Area:

• There are 4 attached bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. Dahlia offers a bathtub.

Lawns/Outdoors:

Meals:

• A breakfast and dinner package is available at an additional cost of Rs. 850 per person, per day,exclusive of 18% tax. Only breakfast can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 350 per person, per day, exclusive of 18% tax. Lunch can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 550 per person, per day, exclusive of 18% tax. Please note breakfast will be served from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM and dinner from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings. A barbeque meal can also be arranged at an additional cost. Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 72hrs notice prior to your check-in date. Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day, exclusive of 18% tax
