• Bedroom 1: This is an air conditioned bedroom on the ground floor that opens up to the lawn. The room offers a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, wardrobe and a TV. It has a shared bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels and basic toiletries.
• Bedroom 2: This is an air conditioned bedroom on the first floor that opens up to an attached balcony. The room offers a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, wardrobe and a TV. It has a shared bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels and basic toiletries.
• Bedroom 3: This is an air conditioned bedroom on the first floor that opens up to an attached balcony. The room offers a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, wardrobe and a TV. It has a shared bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels and basic toiletries.

Bathrooms:

• There are 2 living areas, both well lit with stylish furniture. The villa offers a living room on the 2nd floor as well, with a sofa bed and one on the ground floor as well. The living area on the ground floor can accommodate up to 20 people.”}]

Living Area:

• The villa has 3 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Dining Area:

• Guests can choose to bring their own chef or outside food, however, a cleaning fee of Rs. 1000 per day will be levied. It is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave and oven.

Lawns/Outdoors:

Meals:

• Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. A chef can be arranged on prior request at an additional cost. Alternatively, guests can choose to bring their own chef to cook meals. Cleaning charges of Rs. 1000 per day will be levied for both options. The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 72hrs notice prior to your check-in date. Please note that this is a vegetarian property. Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, if guests wish to order and consume the same, disposables can be provided.
