Majority of the Repeat Guests are approved by the owners. So, to make it easy on our Guests, we close such properties for their first booking. They are automatically opened for you to book post your first booking.
We work hard to keep the Perfect Holiday Plan up to date and enjoyable for our Guests. We want to keep the “Perfect Holidays” section for our Guests only.
Yes, You can book instantly.
Though, most owners tend to screen the guests before committing a stay at their luxury property.
You may also choose to inquire with us or the property owner directly first if you have any questions.

There is a caretaker available on all our properties. He/She is well versed with dealing with emergencies at the local level.
You can also call us (at +91.999.8030.115) 24/7 in case of an Emergency. We will guide you to the nearest Hospital and/or medical attention.
At most location where our Villas are food delivery services are operational. Though, you must check the individual villa page or contact us for exact details.
Coupon codes are unique, they have an expiry date, and they can only be used once. Make sure you apply the coupon before you book.
There are a number of reasons a coupon code might not work – for instance, it could have expired or already been used.
If you are having difficulty with your coupon code please contact us.
Submit a trip change request to your Host if you’d like to change the dates of your reservation. If they accept, you’ll be charged or refunded, if necessary.
If you feel that you may be in danger or that your personal safety is threatened, first contact the local authorities immediately. And then, contact us.
For the safety of our hosts and guests, we conduct background checks.
You may request us an individuals information within 24hours of booking made.
Please bear in mind that due to Privacy Law, we cannot share all the information. So, if you choose to you may do your own screening & background check per booking.
If you’re eligible for a refund, we’ll initiate your refund within 24 hours afters you cancel, but how long it takes for you to receive the money depends on your bank or financial institution. It’s based on how you paid, when you paid and where you live.
